Running an SAP BPC 10.0 on HANA Pilot Test with TruQloud

The Challenge

CareFusion was undecided on the benefit of upgrading their BPC 7.x environment to BPC 10.0 or BPC 10.0 on HANA. While the benefits of BPC 10.0 and BPC 10.0 on HANA had been talked about in a theoretical sense, CareFusion had no hard data related to their specific environment.

The Solution

To facilitate their decision, TruQua created a private cloud within TruQua’s TruQloud with three systems, BPC 7.5, BPC 10.0 on Oracle and BPC 10.0 on HANA, and migrated CareFusion’s consolidation models to each system. In order to mimic real circumstances TruQua ran end-to-end activities in all three systems.
