TruQua Privacy Policy (English)

TruQua, an IBM Company (“TruQua”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.truqua.com website and provides technology consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

TruQua Enterprises was acquired by IBM Corporation (“IBM”) on 30 November 2020 and has become part of the IBM Group.

TruQua will enable IBM to broaden its consulting expertise and capabilities to help clients implement SAP solutions that will improve and automate financial management workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and, ultimately, drive an enterprise-wide transformation through the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, the latest generation of SAP’s ERP business suite. TruQua continues to operate the http://www.truqua.com/ website as a separate activity.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Services, including the website. More information can be found in the IBM Privacy Statement  which also applies to TruQua, unless specified otherwise in this policy.

Retention of Data

TruQua, will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

TruQua, will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

Business Transaction

Pursuant to the acquisition of TruQua by IBM , your Personal Data may be transferred to and shared with IBM. The IBM Privacy Statement applies to this processing of personal data and is supplemented by this TruQua Privacy Statement.

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights.

California Residents

Pursuant to California Civil Code you may request information regarding the disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information by TruQua to a third-party for the third party’s direct marketing purposes. TruQua does not share, sell, rent or otherwise trade your Personally Identifiable information with any third parties.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA).

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
