TruQua's Response to the COVID-19 Crisis: A Letter to our Customers, Employees, and Partners

As we closely monitor the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic worldwide, here at TruQua, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and partner community is and will continue to be our primary concern.

We want to take this opportunity to assure our customers and partners that we have plans, processes, and procedures in place to continue to provide and maintain a high level of business continuity so that their focus can remain on critical business initiatives and goals amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

With that in mind, we have implemented the following programs and processes to help our customers and employees in these trying times.

Remote Work for all Employees

  • All TruQua employees have been directed to work remotely. Work-related travel and event attendance have been suspended or postponed until deemed safe.
  • Our team has access to a variety of collaboration and communication tools to ensure that our lines of communication remain open with customers, partners, and internal team members.

Credit Services for our Customers
TruQua has partnered with SAP and a leading banking institution to offer extended payment plans to our customers for both software and services in response to the COVID situation. This provides the opportunity for our clients and prospects to avoid a large upfront capital investment during these trying times. Available plans include:

  • Extended Payment Terms
    • Extend customer payment terms 60/90/120 up to 364 days
    • Available for both On-Premise and Cloud solutions (inclusive of implementation Services)
    • Customer can extend each annual cloud invoice for the same term for each subscription year
  • Multi-Year Payment Plans
    • Payment Plan terms up to 60 months available to qualified customers for On-Premise projects
    • Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual payment structures. Ramp-up or linear repayment solutions. Payment can be structured in advance or in arrears
