Thank you all who joined us at SAP’s Customer Value Network in Newtown Square, PA. We had a great time meeting all of you and engaging in Q&A. We look forward to hearing from you in the future. We would also like to thank Carsten Hilker and SAP for hosting such an educational event.

The SAP Customer Value Network began with our own Scott Cairncross giving a deeply informative pre-conference jumpstart that explained BPC, its strengths, and its quirks, through a historical perspective. Gary Cokins, the keynote speaker, gave a presentation on Cost and Performance Management and set the tone and theme for the rest of the event. His passion for championing analytics aligned with ours and his argument for strong change management resonated with TruQua’s experience with large implementations.

We were also very excited to hear about the latest developments with HANA and the cloud. Sheldon Edelstein from SAP gave a great overview of BPC on HANA and discussed many exciting new features as well as upcoming development. This was followed by a joint presentation by Scott Cairncross and Carsten Hilker on SAP Cloud Deployment options. This presentation garnered a lot of questions and interests and we could see why: this was a low cost and fast way to try different SAP Solutions. Scott Cairncross and I gave a presentation on Predictive Analytics, examining SAP’s strategy, which made them a leader in the Predictive Analytics space, as well as a demonstration of the tool. Scott then followed with the ins and outs of SAP BPC. In this presentation, Scott shared a wealth of information TruQua has gained over the years at myriad engagements.
